Sri Sri Yoga classes are just the boost of energy that you need. We do yogasanas that enhance flexibility, aid spinal alignment, strengthen and tone the muscles and work on the entire body inside and out. This is combined with breath work that energizes the body and calms the nervous system. Each session is then signed off with a guided meditation, so the surging energy in your body is perfectly complemented by a peaceful mind.
