After internal body and mind cleansing, then comes Subtle Strengthening and Healing Contractions- a special yoga technique to provide deep rest to the body.  In fact, it has known to provide relief from chronic body pains too. 

The course also introduces you to advanced pranayamas, and wisdom from ancient yoga text called the Patanjali Yog Sutras that is still relevant today. This 4 day, full day course takes you into stillness from movement and helps you find poise and deep rest in the asanas- making your yoga practice meditative.
