Sri Sri Yoga Level 1 opens the world of yoga with several aspects of it, that mainstream yoga classes fail to. Of course it is about asanas, postures and finding strength, poise and rest in them. But it is also about breath-work that goes hand-in-hand with the asanas, food habits that complement the effect your practices have on your mind and body, and, knowledge sessions that help you understand the very idea of yoga itself.
