Workshop to Get Rid of Anxiety and Sleep Disorder

A well-rested system, and regulated breath can have miraculous results on the state of your mind. In this workshop, we arm the participants in more than one ways, that target anxiety and sleep disorder. 

There are powerful yogasanas for better blood circulation and small but effective lifestyle changes to naturally improve sleep quality. Participants get to experience the power of breath with pranayamas, specific breathing exercises that target anxiety and the world-renowned Sudarshan Kriya which brings transformational results at the level of the mind, emotions and body. The workshop also explores neuroscientific techniques and Ayurvedic herbs that reduce anxiety considerably and better the sleep cycle. 

The techniques taught in the workshop relax the nervous system and make it more resilient at the same time. This induces a healthy sleep pattern, overall well being, and enables an equanimous state of being.
