A natural next level after the Happiness Program, the Advanced Meditation Program is a silent retreat within yourself to experience a deep sense of rest. The central part of the course is a set of “Hollow and Empty meditations” designed to eliminate the deepest layers of stress accumulated over the years. 

Experiencing silence is a wonder in itself as you discover it isn’t just about not speaking, but rejuvenating the mind and the body. The rest you experience is deeper than the soundest sleep you might’ve experienced. Here, you also rid of the connotation of sadness that is associated with silence, as evenings are spent in celebration with music and mystical chants. 

Then there are mudras and pranayamas, subtle and powerful to balance the mind and emotions. Along with that are yoga, Vedic wisdom and soulful food- making for a holistic program to balance your mind, body and emotions.
